Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5-30 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic shipping: 3–10 business days
- International shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized products may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production and processing times for custom orders will be communicated during the ordering process or shown on the product page.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking number will be included in the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
IdeaSculpStudio is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees applied to international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible at ideasculpstudio@isscorp.net. We will do our best to help resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
